I do have to flag a bit more, so that's pretty interesting. Aside from that, same kinda gameplay, etc.

Well I'm glad anet upped the quest rewards, there are a lot of pop culture and past GW refrences in GWEN too that I find quite funny..I'm having fun with it so far.

Hmm, it seems steamroller easy so far with heroes/henchies but then again I'm probably not far into it (done most of the quests in far shiverpeaks and charr homelands, but not much else). I've had to set targets for heroes, but I haven't had to do much flagging/pulling yet.

Wait till you get to the Asura part. Most would disagree, but if you rush in stupidly into Oola's Lab and Shards of Orr, you're gonna die so fast, we'll be laughing at you from every corner of Tyria.

I think Factions is the only campaign that isn't loaded with reskins/barely remodelled armor.

But this time it's really noticeable.
But yes, it still is a lot of fun.

Not only is it noticable, they're just down right ugly.
Seriously, what the RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO is the warrior vanguard armor supposed to be? Some turtle, platemail thing??

I think it's great! The gameplay and storyline is excellently conceived and delightful to play. I love the way quests have a bit of puzzle aspect to them and I find the quality of the hero characterization really make the story more engaging--they really took some extra time to make the characters more like real people with real emotional baggage and real problems, lol.
Makes me glad I don't have any real baggage from being imprisoned by the Charr. keke
In some ways I agree that the armor doesn't seem as creative as usual, but it hasn't decreased my fun one bit. If anything, I just feel surprised that the art department didn't give us the standard amazing performance this time.

I agree that it's a lot of fun, but considering that this expansion is supposed to keep us occupied for a while, since GW2 is at least a year and a half away, I'm not really happy. I can understand if they implemented some sort of necessary (or not-necessary) grinding, to achieve nicer weapons and armor. But those nicer weapons and armor are nonexistant! The problem remains that there's still nothing really to do after you beat the game. Especially now - after a few months, no one is even going to farm anymore - who needs money? The armors aren't worth getting, and there's not going to be an expansion where people are going to save up their money for something. No need for money = a huge chunk of people not playing.

Let's see...i got 1.3 mil, i can't spend any of it on new armor cuz it all sucks, i don't want fow, because most of the factions armor looks better than it(and i already have the factions armor) and just about any weapon i could want i can get for less than 50k...wow, i really did waste my summer making all that money.

I was expecting a challenge, instead I'm hero/henching the whole thing. Give us Hard Mode for EotN! (EDIT: Although really, the way they described it, I was expecting that it would already be hard and have good drops in Normal Mode.)
Also, loot seems pretty bad so far, but I did get a nearly perfect Elemental Sword (15-21 dmg, req 11 swordsmanship, in other words just as good as a max, especially since my ele will not be using it in melee) off of a Quetzal Stark which I have upgraded for use as a caster weapon.
The new areas are awesome, particularly the Tarnished Coast and, to a lesser degree, the Charr homelands.

Loot isn't that bad, I got two golds in a row, a Earth Staff with Galigord's Stone Staff except that it has +15 energy, and an Air Staff with +5 arm, +20% longer ench and a +5 energy while enchanted mod.
And GWEN is a lot of fun - Bear Mission is GREAT!, Kilroy's tournament is GREAT!, some mini-missions (yes, no missions - only quests, which is kinda GREAT) are really funny... And I found a great mesmer build - Signet of Illusion, Arcane Echo + summon Assassins. Along with some skills like Finish Him!, Deft Strike and e-management, it's a really nice build :] Plus, I love Vekk's voice and... well, his dialogues.
And title grind is easier then Sunspear/Lightbringer and titles have better effects :]
Och, and Dungeon idea is ftw, but some of them deserve a nerf - Shards of Orr is very hard...

Battling the Charr, burning down their towers and seige weaponing their sorry butts back to pre-searing, now that's might nice. And you can redo practically all of it!
I can't say I like the Norn Rit armor because it looks like a shaggy dog with a demon head, but hey, its good in that way.
I am confused by the HoM wanting "awesome" weapons - what exactly? My green weapon from the Canthans for killing off Shiro isn't good enough? How about the green from the Forgotten for killing a god? No? Not good enough? WTH is that about?
The scenery amazes me, especially the forest fire and I found this volcano recently that makes the Ring of Fire look like it was scribbled with crayons. The Charr homeland is very very nice, all soft glow fable kinda realm that helps me end GW the way it started . . ..

It's great!
I notice that a lot of the content is repeatable/designed to occupy time until GW2
